Our employer clients include private and public limited companies and charities with schemes ranging from £5 million to £500 million in value. We also advise a number of public sector employers including local authorities and educational institutions. Our advice covers a wide range of areas including the following:
- risk management such as changing the benefit structure, closing to new members, closing to future accrual, enhancing transfer values, buy outs and buy ins
